Bad service

I am experiencing another bad service from this bank, someone keeps on trying to debit my account and when I ask them to stop their customer care agent tells me they cannot stop it. They said they are putting me to someone I have been holding for the past 20 minutes... They say for them to cancel the debit order ya Netflix I must block my card and get a new card which I will be charged for. Another big issue is how they talk to their clients totally unprofessional.
