Bad security guard

I encoured a serious problem at the Carlton Centre branch with the security guard..My card had stuck in the atm card slot, and when i aproached to assist me he responded in a very rude manner anf walked away. The guy was so rude and when i told him that i was going to report him he said i should go a head. If the lady hadnt that works with her hadn't stopped me from taking a video, i would have had my proof.. So disgusted
