Bad response from Nedbank Umhlanga contact center

I have tried calling the Nedbank contact centre in Umhlanga 3 times in the last half an hour and been put on hold for almost 10 minutes each time with no response. Eventually an option is given to call back from a consultant but that doesn't work either. I need an urgent response from the legal department and don't seem to be winning with Nedbank:(
