Bad product.

My wife sent someone R2500 via imali services. The recipient only received a message that there were funds sent through to him without any OTP number. The recipient has repeatedly dialed the *120*001# and the *120*002# with no luck. Tried calling the *** with no luck either. This service really sucks because it does not serve any needs in a emergency event.
