Bad over priced services, for less money you would get better service from other banks

What a ****py bank for what you pay and what you get, I've been most of my adult life a nedbank client but honestly I'm gonna close my account and go to Capitec or any other bank, really nedbank in times like this you supposed to try and keep customers not lose them, supper disgusted in you, you absolutely losing a 10 year + customer, they double debited my account without my consent, than i had difficulty getting my money back now they tell me I'm in a rears and they affected my credit score because they messed up,
