Bad (or rather, no) service from deceased estates department

Nedbank's deceased estates division gives very bad (or rather, no) service. I have five deceased estates where I have been waiting very long to get funds from the bank. Despite numerous follow-ups, I get no response whatsoever. The deceased's loved ones are desperate to ger their inheritances, but Nedbank refuses to help. My suggestion to anyone with funds at Nedbank is the move it to another bank (before you die), otherwise your heirs will have to wait ages before receiving anything.
