BAD NEDBANK SERVICE

i moved my bank account because nedbanks bank cost are out of hand. on the 19 may 2021 i called the bank wanting to close my account i could not close the account because i had R54 in the account i was told to transfer the money or to with draw it and i did transfer R45 in to my FNB account and called nedbank back on the 20 May 2021 so again i could not close the account because t did the transfer and because i did the transfer my account went in to a minus i was then told i need to put R10 into the nedbank account and call and they will close the account. i cant transfer money from my FNB to the nedbank account I don't know why tried my friends tried finally got my dad to do the R10 i was told to transfer. on the 25 of may i called back to close the account and the woman on the phone told me my account is active she can not close it by this time i was boiling se said she will call me back the next day and she did not give me the call back i was told ill get. so i again called nedbank trying to close this account and the man on the phone told me my account was in a minus and i cant close it i exploded and he told me he will call me back and i still did not get the call from them.
