Bad Nedbank Insurance service.

I have Nedbank insurance, i claimed a damaged ceiling last year , they got back to me and said my claim was approved , people came through to take measurements they then asked who was home for the fitting so i then asked what kind of ceiling they'll be fitting they told me that they would install board and i wasn't insured for board but for pressed ceiling , they then told me they dont have pressed ceilings so i researched and found they had then after it all they then rejected my claim. I claimed a leaking geyser this year again in april they sent somebody who couldn't fix the geyser, the geyser was leaking for the next month and went back to complain and still didn't get help. I tried claiming the ceiling again this year and they rejected my claim.
