Bad Nedbank home insurance claims

What a headache the last month was going in for 2 months now that we have been struggling to have a insurance claim done at our house. We had a water leakage only for the plumber appointed by Nedbank telling us that the repair is not covered. We send and called Nedbank back and forth and only after 2 weeks they got back to us to say the claim has been approved and the plumber will be coming out to repair the leak and check for any other leaks because of our council water bill that was so high. The initial repair was done but no other test for leakage was done. When the building contractors came out to fix the repairs it was Found that the wall is wet and that damp force need to come out and dry the wall. After a week damp force came back to check and said that there must be another leak bc the walls are not drying out. Again we had to log a call with the insurance to send a plumber out to check. The plumber picked up 3 leaks but again we were told the insurance doesn't cover it. When we checked with the insurance the 1st time they told us its a technical issue on there side that comes up as not covered on the plumber contractors device. When the plumber came he said he could only repair the one leak and the other two leaks he will report to the office and advise on it. It has been a week now and no feedback from insurance or contractors. We have a machine on site for the last two weeks that's over working its self because the leak is not fixed. Our electricity bill has run very high because of the machine that needs to stay on. my house looks a mess with materials around because it can't be used by the contractor because they waiting on a wall to dry for more than a month now. If the plumber has done there job right the 1st time then all leaks would have been discovered and repare and we would not have this delay.
