Bad loan experience

Bad Loan experience Nedbank is taking 2 insurance pay from my loan done same day and charging double the interest rate after they made a mistake of approving 2 loans. Ad said I will get R200 each month didnot even get it .I called Nedbank on the 26th was advised someone will call me I'm still waiting to date . Regret the day I took a loan and even moving from Capitec
