Bad ITC review

I am paying my personal loan timorously each and every month via debit order. I am even receiving sms's to thank me for my payments. This morning I requested my latest ITC credit report, just to see that I am 150 late for the past 18 months. Trying to phone, but every department refers me to another, some cannot even pick up that I am a client. Left messages, to no avail. My credit score is now \poor"due to this incorrect info. TransUnion ITC cannot do anything about it without the banks instructions. Now what..??"""
