Bad insurance service after severe thunderstorm

Poor insurance claim after severe thunderstorm since 1st December 2025 and nothing has been done. Ceiling leakage and my boundary wall fell and im still waiting for them. Is it because im in a township? Spent Xmas alone with the hope it will be fixed and I can go homestead but invain. Next week im going back to work and my yard is still full of rubble and unsafe for my family. This is so infuriating. I have to call them to get updates.
