Bad Form!
I lodged a complaint about the bad service at Nedbank, Mall of the North. Nedbank called and said that the regional manager person would call me.....that was almost a week ago....<br> <br> I don't care if they call me or not, what does concern me is how easy it is for them to make promises and then not do what they promised....<br> <br> Bad form Nedbank, bad form.....
