*****/Bad Follow-Up Customer Service at Nedbank

My Nedbank account was *****ulently cleared out just before Christmas. Great time to have no money, bearing in mind debit orders are also bouncing on my account.

Nedbank ***** Department have no urgency elevating the return of my money. I have therefore moved back to Standard Bank who have a 42 hour ***** turnover, as opposed to Nedbank’s 6-21 working day timeframe, taking “public holidays and weekends into account”. BS!!

***** on bank accounts is clearly quite rife at the moment. Still quite shocked at how easy it is for a random person to access your account, change all the transfer limits and clear it out, but we need face recognition and OTP numbers to do same on our own accounts!!??
