Bad experience with obtaining Will.

I have had a terrible experience with Nedbank with regards to obtaining my late grandmother's will from them and asking them to start with the estate management. It's been 4 months of no feed back or anything. I wouldn't recommend anyone to use them for drafting a will or anything in that regard.
