Bad experience with nedbank

I have moved to nedbank in November but I think I have a worst mistake ever. The sms notification is not working. I have called nedbank and I was told it was not activated but it is activated. I have used my card after I was promised that it was activated and didn’t send notification again. My second bad experience after I opened the account I have asked for app so make my will and I was told to come to Balfour park last week Tuesday to come meet the guy by the name of Thabang. When I arrived at Balfour Thabang was not there and the according to his pa there was no app made nor scheduled for that day. After waiting for an hour as the receptionist promised to call Thabang the receptionist put me on the phone with his pa in pan mall and the guy took my details and promised me to that he will ask Thabang to call me and make an appointment. To date I haven’t received any call. What a bad experience. I regret the day I decided to move to nedbank.
