🔥 Frustrating experience with Nedbank! 😡

Terrible service from Nedbank. Been calling since July, getting nowhere with my credit card account. Closed and settled it, but ClearScore still shows a balance. My credit score's taking a hit because of their system mess 😤. Passed around like a hot potato, no one seems to care. Avoid Nedbank if you value your sanity and credit score 🙅♂️

Oh ! Even managers can’t help I am still stuck till date.
