Bad Experience Ever

We opened a business on Friday 14th of July and I made a transfer from my credit card to this new business account to activate the account, today is Tuesday 18th of July and the money has not reflected yet. In-branch service is so slow when opening an account spending 2 hours opening an account, everything with Nedbank is slow.
