Bad experience at Nedbank festival mall

I went to Nedbank to open club account with 3 members and did half the process and told to come the following week with our mandate and constitution. We did that and when we came back they said the who was assisting us was off and we should drop the documents she will process them when she comes back to the office

A week past and there was no communication. I then went to the branch only to find out nothing was done. I was then assisted by the lady called Tebogo who gave me a very bad attitude. She was assisting me like she's doing me a favour. We did finalise the process. But wen we transfer the money, it was bouncing back then I called head office and they told me to go to the branch do fica

Yesterday I went to the branch and told me different stories and tebogo insisted the account is active and I must deposit R10 into the machine. Cash deposit went through but transfers doesn't.

I don't know what to do or where to go now and remember we stay very far from each other as members so we can't go to Nedbank festival mall every weekend. We started the whole process in June. The attitude of the officials there is at another level
