BAD EXPERIENCE

The is nothing I regret in life like opening a Migoals account for my child , the account has been pending activation but all FICA documents were ''verified and in good standing'' so they say -my child cant access her savings account , Tell me Nedbank is it fair for my 8year daughter who has been saving throughout the year not to benefit on her savings??
