Bad experience

Management at Nedbank Springs Mall branch, in the case where your door lady or reception clerk needs to go on lunch, please appoint someone to give the customers entering tickets or allow customers to take tickets or allow the security to give the customers tickets.

The security was quite helpfull but the white man standing at the reception desk although he was busy with someone else, he saw no urgency to help us standing outside almost half hour while the branch is empty. Even the elderly were complaining. And the excuse given was that the reception lady is on lunch.
