BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE NEDBANK HOME LOANS

SIMPLE REQUEST TO CHANGE MY DEBIT DATE ON MY NEDBANK HOME LOAN AND WOW !! Worst service ever? Does Nedbank even do QA on their agent calls - they transferring me to other departments without notifying you - they do not listen to you while you speaking just transferring me around and not handling my simple request to change my debit date - why should a big bank like this struggle with such a simple request..?
