Bad customer service from the branch

What a horrible experience I received an extremely bad customer service at Nedbank branch in Musgrave ,I went to the branch to deposit coins when I arrived it was 3.35pm as I entered the door the cleaner was the first to speak and say were are closing so much coins and came ravitha whom I believe she was a team leader and said we are closed we cannot service you .

This lead to me going back with coins to the value of 70k . This posed a huge risk .

I have never thought I can get such a bad experience from a corporate company .

I am disappointed with level of service received .even the manager did not give any concern about us a customers to even come and explain the policy .
