Bad customer service from Nedbank as a whole

I wrote to heloPeter some time in December complaining about Nedbank legal until today no one called to either understand or was it a **** ,that means ******** can still use Nedbank in various departments pretending to be them because they can’t treat or follow up with the customer,,,such a bad customer service so far very bad
