Bad Customer Service

31/07/2020 i went to Nedbank by Randburg square an indian lady asked to assist me, told the lady i want to close my current account because these people who committed ***** using my banking details to apply for an online shopping with Mobi cred. the indian consultant said she can close the account but can start the process and after three days i must go back to ned bank to closed the account, informed the lady i won't have that time that Friday i took leave. she then told me even if i open an account they don't have cards to give me, asked if she can do debit switch told she can't i need to tell the agent who will call to confirm the new account. i was defeated i just left. people used to tell me Nedbank is a useless bank, now i believe you are a useless bank. I mean how stupid can a person be I'm crying to you Nedbank about people using my account for *****
