Bad Customer Service

Nedbank has the worse service ever I had an account which I wanted to settle in May all communications were made with the NRR department including getting a settlement department now we are in July I'm still waiting for a paid-up letter and NRR is advising that they account is not with them and sending me from pillar to post I am so mad all that I need a is paid up letter from any competent person within Nedbank
