Bad Customer service

Nedbank Home Loan department as a whole is a disaster my bond is paid via salary debit order, yesterday the debited my account for the for bond loan now i want my refund they taking me from pilar to post, tried calling I'm taken from department to department with no help they can't even put me to people e who are liable for my refund
