Bad Customer Service

Sadly i have to part ways with Nedbank due to unwillingness of PVT Banker that make me do all the work when i have querries , to make things worse is , i was taken from pillar to post to get information with regrads to why my credit application have been declined , I have paid everything that i owed in Nedbank and my accounts are in good standing but no one could help me understand . They kept on running multiple credit querries with Beraus and this damaging my score. I know people that work Very hard at this Bank but The Retail side of the Business is a complete Let Down of the Brand . very disappointed
