Bad customer service
Dear hello peter
Please note that I have taken credit card with Nedbank for an amount 55 000 last year. I used the almost 50 000 of the money because I needed to finish renovation.
I was paying Nedbank between 2400 and 2600 to date which equates to the 5% minimum repayment as per my contract with Nedbank.
To my surprise, the debit order goes off on the 16 of each month, last week on the 16 The debit order of 2540 went through from Nedbank as my payment for February, the credit card is revolving whenever I pay it increases my available balance and reduce my outstanding balance, this time the money did not cone into my credit card and the outstanding balance is still the same as if I skipped the payment.
Yesterday on the 23 Feb 2023 I received an sms from Nedbank saying I owe them 5000 on my credit card which is paid on the 20 March 2023.
When I called to ask they said I have missed the payment whereas is not true, I'm worried that their actions might unnecessarily affect my credit records and I can't pay 5000 because is not even the 5% of my credit card limit allocated of 55 000
Please help me by talking to Nedbank to ensure that the debit order that went on the 16 February 2023 is correctly allocated into my credit card as repayment and I have never missed any payment, they must also correct the amount because I don't owe 5000 as minimum payment according to them.
You are my last hope
Thanks you
Regards

I'm still waiting for the response from Nedbank.
I don't see a reason why I should still have my bond with them after such a bad service and I will move my salary to be paid into my capitec bank.
Their service is bad....
