Bad customer service at the Alex mall Nedbank brach

Today I was treated badly by a subcontractor company security personnel from SBV at a Nedbank branch in Alex mall. They should not be exposed to customers as they have nil customer service skills, atleast to African customers, specifically to the demographic that is served in this specific mall.
