Bad customer service at Nedbank Mount Frere

Nedbank Mount Frere, clients are treated ridiculously . It’s raining today, old people are standing outside for hours. My mother is here to open an account but stood outside for more than 2 hours. The security guard is very rude. Such a bad experience
