Bad customer service

Nedbank handed my account over to a debt collection comp without informing me.This after my account was 1month in arrears. I received a sms today that they handed me over after I settled the account. I am now struggling to get a settlement letter from them for the past two weeks. The customer service is so poor I would not recommend anyone to do business with them.
