Bad Customer Service

I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service I have received from Nedbank. My request has been straightforward: to update the banking details for one of my products and then close the account. Despite this simple request, the matter remains unresolved. I would appreciate your urgent attention and a prompt resolution.
