Bad customer service

Nedbank has great Consultants at their call center, pitty i can not say the same with the service i received at the mthatha plaza Nedbank branch on the 13th of May 2020. One of thier service consultant was very rude and unprofessional, they need to take her for another customer care workshop or class. They said the branch Manager will make a follow up and get back to me and i am still waiting.
