Bad Customer Service

Why has Nedbank taken away the ability to download a Proof of Payment? I am only allowed to share it, AT A COST?! What I am able to download is a record of payment which clearly states that 'this is not a proof of payment'. NOT GOOD ENOUGH!! Not interested in helping me run my business.
