Bad customer service

Good day<br> <br> I am in Nedbank Stanger branch to collect card and I have been standing a queue for more then an hour now. The teller on the collection side is super slow and when I complained in December they told me that there's going to be improvement but everything is still the same. The floor manager keep on saying there's nothing she can do. What image are they selling for the company and even the security has some ****ty attitude. Really the service delivery in this branch is pathetic
