Bad customer service

Nedbank Lakeside is the pits.... I have been in the branch for over an hour without being assisted. The branch is literally empty but waiting my ass off, its like they on a go slow or something. I am sitting hear listening to staff members who are talking about their lunch break, u'd swear I am sitting in home affairs.
