Bad customer service

I have been struggling with nedbank now for over a month to do a simple thing... Transfer funds into my new account and close my old account... They make promises they can't keep and do not care about their clients... They send emails that don't even make sense... So disappointed in their service... Delani Southgate branch manager advised that his branch would assist in transferring my funds into my new account and also assist in closing the old account... Khumo the executive client support then sends me an email that doesn't make any sense and asks me to transfer funds I no longer have access to... 24hours later I still have no feedback... No call, nothing... Nedbank service is really terrible...
