Bad customer service

I have waiting for the replacement of my bank card for almost a month whenever I call the call center I get different stories,I’ve been sent from pillar to post I haven’t used my card for almost a month now when I need cash ,I must do a send imali then withdraw from the atm that’s inconveniencing for me.
