Bad customer service

Today at 11:33 I called nedbank complaints to cancel my greenbacks program but I was not assisted the consultants kept transferring my call back and forth,Romeo asked if I had vehicle finance when I said I don't have he returned my call back to the complaints department where I was not assisted.can someone help me cancel the greenbacks.if only there was an option on the app I would have done it myself
