Bad customer service

The worst service ever. Personal banker does not look after you. Uoi phone and leave messages for her and another colleague. Never get back to you. Been unemployed for a year. Phone me 2 weeks before they closed my account. I said after 2 months no money going in you should asked what's wrong not ad they want to close the account after you keep telling them you not working yet
