Bad customer service

I've submitted a court order to one of branches at Protea gardens, for them to unfreeze his account so the funds can be deposited into my account for maintenance, since from the 27th of August till today the 2nd of September I haven't received the funds the lady Busi who was assisting me she said it will take two days ,till today, it's show that even the people who are dealing with this issue don't care ,they don't respect the importance of this matter,it's child maintenance money.its month end ,school fees need to be paid ,she need to eat,but I guess nedbank doesn't care
