Bad customer service

I made an appointment Nedbank. Hi Lawrance Kana,just a quick reminder of your appointment with Eloise Paulse on Tue, 19 Mar 2024 at 13:30,at Nedbank Loch Logan, Shop S04, 2nd Floor, Loch Loga, 105107 Henry Street.***.upon my arrival at the bank Eloise was not there at the branch and they couldn't assist me they said they don't have cards how can they accept my appointment when they can render service thy only told me that when arriving at the branch they should have declined my appointment. I want some 1 to be accountable bcse I'm deeply hurt I'm going to report this to ombartsman and on hello Peter report nedbank poor customer services even on all media platform
