Bad customer service

Hi I am still waiting for Ned bank to reverse my money into my Capitec savings account.

I put in this query in March already and still no response from Nedbank, I had to go to the branch 2weeks ago and was told they will get back to me but still no one has gotten back to me, this is really frustrating.

Is this how customers were supposed to be treated so unfairly.

Please assist me urgently my debts are piling up because of this.
