Bad Customer Service

I have had a very bad experience with Nedbank, they debited my account and they were not supposed to. I have called multiple times and I am told the account is closed therefore its difficult to return my money. This incident occurred on the 31st of October and it's 05.12.2025 this is really disappointing from such a big institution. I tried making contact with them on X and I was just promised that I will be called. Up to date no contact from Nedbank. This is pathetic service, yet they are so quick to take our money
