Bad Customer service
Kindly note Nedbank, very dissapointed in your service. Waiting 2 weeks for someone to contact you getting smsses everyday stating that everything is apporved and someone will phone you, and then when the eventually phone you, they ask for the same information that you emailed 2 weeks ago and have the process start all over again.
