Bad customer service

I normally receive my bank statement on the 27th of each month so because this month it's on a Sunday I expect to get it this morning and I didn't so I call *** and spoke to Nokuphiwa, she told me it will be loaded only today or tomorrow and I told her I urgently need it why can't they load it today then she hanged up on me. NOKUPHIWA is very rude and of no help.
