BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I made a call 48 hours ago to your American Express division and requested a letter confirming that my account is in good standing. The agent transferred me to your collection department who then told me that they will mail me the letter within 48 hours. I still haven't heard nothing from you! Must it really take more than two days to get a phreakin letter?
