BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have a business account with Nedbank and I can say it was the worst decision I have ever made to do business with this bank. The employees are very rude and always pass the buck. They lack sense of ownership and taking responsibility, instead they will show you how ******** they can be.

I sent an email to a branch manager in the mmabatho branch named Maria as per NCC she has been assigned to help me with my small business account. I sent her an email on the 13th September to ask her to change my pricing on the business account but no response not even "I will get back to you" type of response. I writing this as I DONT NEED THIS BUSINESS ACCOUNT ANYMORE. I NEED THIS ACCOUNT CLOSED ASAP. I took my business else where.

Nedbank is busy closing down branches yet they leaving other like the mmabatho and mahikeng or they need to restructure all those employees as they have the WORST customer service ever. I hope when I get a response, it will be a confirmation of their closed account.
