Bad customer expirience

I have never been so disappointed by a financial institution.My husband app**** for a loan on the29 of Jan in Mitchels Plein and was told that his application was approved for9000 by Fouzzia.After not receving any communication he went to Nonkqubela mall and signed another contract and was Iwas told that he idapproved forR8000 by babalwa Lingani.Babalwa told him that the funfs will be disbursed and there was no communication or disbirsment till now.He had to use the funds and he phoned the branch and the condultant advised himo come to thr branch and now the money isR3400.He nevver received the loan they have inconvenienced him.I think they are not efficient or competent. I have had a bad customer expirience with nedbank.Its beem 3weeks and still no disbursment of the funds promised.
